This takedown pertains specifically to Did You Know Gaming’s video on Heroes of Hyrule - a Zelda game for the Nintendo DS akin to Final Fantasy Tactics, that was pitched to Nintendo by Retro Studios. In response to this notice, Did You Know Gaming stated it considers this move by Nintendo a “slap in the face for video game history preservation”....

Yesterday, Sony’s Shuhei Yoshida tweeted a picture showing the PC version of Guerrilla’s Horizon Zero Dawn running on Valve’s upcoming handheld gaming machine - and lovely it looks indeed. Valve is currently working towards making as many Steam games available to play on Steam Deck ahead of its launch. Sony has a handful of its previously PlayStation-exclusive titles up on Steam. Based on Yoshida’s tweet, we know Zero Dawn is on the list....
In a post on Halo Waypoint, Halo community manager John Junyszek went into detail on how Halo Infinite’s progression, challenges and customisation after concern was raised by the Halo community last month. Halo Infinite doesn’t have per-match XP - battle pass progression is tied to challenges instead. Junyszek said in August that “it’s extremely difficult to run out of daily challenges” - at least regarding 343’s current plans for launch....
According to Hollywood Reporter, the actor has closed his deal to star in Lionsgate’s adaptation of Gearbox’s shooter series. Roland is Borderlands’ soldier class. The character tends to focus on shotguns and combat rifles, and can deploy a turret. It’s a different kind of role for Hart, who has focused on comedies. The Borderlands movie feels like it’s gathering pace at this point. Eli Roth is set to direct, with Cate Blanchett signed on to play Lilith....
