Harvestella - a sort of blend of Final Fantasy, Harvest Moon, and Rune Factory - begins with players waking up with a bad case of amnesia in a world where the seasons are governed by four giant crystals known as Seaslight. Unfortunately for the locals, something has gone awry and a deadly dust known as the Quietus has started seeping from the crystals, trapping people indoors and causing crops to wither and die....

The Horizon Forbidden West Tallneck set will launch on 22nd May and sell for €79.99 (UK pricing TBA), according to German site Promobricks. Included in the set is a highly-detailed Lego minifigure of Aloy, and a towering model of a Tallneck robo-dinosuar for you to build. The model stretches to 34cm in height, while its base clocks in at 21cm. In total, the set contains 1222 parts. Lego is yet to officially announced the set itself, though images and videos are now spreading amongst the Lego fansite community, where word of a Horizon Lego set first leaked just before Christmas....

And now I’m playing Spelunker HD Deluxe on the Switch. It’s a game with DNA from that era, updated in certain aspects, wonderfully, maddeningly antique in others. And to me, at least, it’s magic, too. It’s fussy and weird and you can die by walking off a ladder the wrong way; it is emphatically not the game you would recommend to just anybody. But I think I love it. I’ve wanted to play Spelunker for years, because I love Spelunky so much....

When developer Crystal Dynamics first confirmed Foster was to be Marvel’s Avengers’ next playable hero, the studio said the character would have “a lot in common” with the version of Thor already in-game, albeit with “elements that are distinctly Jane”. Crystal Dynamics has since expanded on that, revealing Foster will arrive with a few new baseline abilities setting her apart from Odinson, including a new ranged combo and new ranged power attack....

You can’t beat the creatures through force of arms - even if you do successfully chisel away each kaiju’s six health bars, they’ll only retreat to their lairs for a few turns, sometimes emerging with bonus abilities. Rather, you’re here to play a mixture of kaiju-bait and speed bump, misleading and inconveniencing the juggernauts while the boffins get on with the business of saving the world. There are four types of kaiju in the game: a hairy cousin of Godzilla, an incredibly smug version of King Kong, a flying fire kaiju I call Brodan and a tunnelling snake kaiju who presently rejoices in the name of Sir Tuskawiggle, because I’m not quite sure which movie it’s based on....
